What happens when I exceed my plan limits?
Free plan users are paused until the next billing cycle. Paid plans have usage-based overages - you only pay for what you use beyond your included quota.
What is the difference between Individual and Team plans?
Individual plans are for solo users with personal quotas. Team plans provide a shared resource pool for collaboration - all team members contribute to and draw from the same quota.
How does Team plan pricing work?
Team plan starts at $39/month with 3 seats included. Additional seats are $10/month each and add 10 GPU hours and 200GB storage to your team's shared pool. Viewers are always free and unlimited.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
